MAY A synergy between Bressia Bodega, Bodega Speicher Schuth (Germany) and the gastronomy of Perla Andina by Gonzalo Castro. Throughout the month of May, a new proposal arrives at Estación del Alma restaurant. On this occasion, our wines will be blended with those of the German region Kiedrich, harmonized with a gastronomic proposal of French-Argentine fusion. A gastronomic journey from Argentina to Germany that will be a true journey of flavors, aromas and textures that amalgamate the best of two lands, our Mendoza and Kiedrich, on the banks of the Rhine River. The proposal includes the following wines Speicher Schuth Sandgrub Riesling, Speicher Schuth Wasseros Riesling, Speicher Schuth Riesling Classic, Speicher Schuth Pinot Noir Blanc de Noir, Monteagrelo Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. Tapeo Andino Experience is a lunch that gathers the best of our local gastronomy created from seasonal products and proximity to achieve a unique and unforgettable moment. Flavors, aromas, colors and concepts are amalgamated in this tapas proposal, where each one of them is a true experience for the SOUL. Harmonized with Sylvestra Torrontés, Sylvestra Pinot Noir Rosé, Sylvestra Malbec and Sylvestra Extrasecco. Under the direction of chef Gonzalo Castro of Perla Andina, this proposal begins with a tour of our Wine House with a glass reception. The cost of the menu includes all the wines mentioned and the visit to our winery.
