Payment methodology: Wineobs.com operates with payment agents (MERCADOPAGO and / or PAYPAL) so possible conflicts due to the use of credit cards or other payment methods are the sole responsibility of said payment agents, and not Wineobs.com. Third parties that provide services related to data processing for marketing purposes and have a relationship with the Company, such as Hubspot, Zappier, Mailchimp, Flodesck and Growtsurf that provide marketing services, Zendesk that manages User complaints, Gsuite that provides mailing services, Amazon SES (Simple Email Services) for sending emails, Firebase that assists in sending mobile push notifications, data observatories for the purpose of generating statistical segregated reports on consumption habits or trends in the market such as Wineobs, COVIAR, Bodegas de Argentina, among others. ii. Other Users, companies and/or competent authorities for the purposes and/or in relation to the provision of the Services, such as the Federal Public Revenue Agency (AFIP), the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA), the Ministry of Tourism , among others; iii. By virtue of the exceptions provided for in Law 25,326 or a legitimate interest of the Company; iv. For the purposes and/or within the framework of processes related to the transfer, merger, consolidation, corporate reorganization, sale of all or a substantial part of its assets or quotas, acquisition of credits and/or within the framework of any audit process. internal to the Company and/or third parties; and v. Following an order issued by a competent administrative or judicial authority.

International Transfer of Personal: Data The User provides their express and informed consent so that the Company can transfer their Personal Data to the companies listed below that will process them as Processors for the purposes indicated in the following list. In particular, the User understands that these companies may be and/or process Personal Data in jurisdictions that do not guarantee adequate levels of protection in the terms of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and DNPDP Provision 60-E/ 2016, the User expressly consenting to the international transfer and processing of their Personal Data in said jurisdictions. Finally, it is noted that the above services are provided subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies available on the websites of each company listed in this section.

When any Personal Data collected, processed and/or treated by the Company is erroneous or outdated, the User may update it by sending an email from the email address initially registered to [info@wineobs.com] and detailing the Personal Data. that must be rectified and their circumstances. For these purposes, the Company may require additional documentation and/or information to corroborate what is required as well as to verify your identity. At all times the owner will have the right to delete their Personal Data from the Company databases. In this regard, it is noted that the deletion of profile data and/or data necessary to provide the Services may lead to the cancellation of pending reservations. Likewise, it is made known that the Company may refuse to delete certain Personal Data when there is a legal obligation to preserve the information and/or when there is a legitimate interest of the Company in the conservation.
