/per person5 course menu – AMERI BREAD BASKET Bread made with organic flour, cold-fermented for 24 hours, served with olive oil made with organic olives from our farms. AMUSE-BOUCHE TASTING Pumpkin soup coated with our organic olive oil Roasted beet, orange, and sunflower seeds Potato, caramelized onion, and Uco Valley prosciutto Pairing: Organic Gran Bousquet STARTER Pear with blue cheese, honey, and walnuts, served with arugula aioli from our garden Pairing: Organic Gran Bousquet STARTER Smoked lamb and rosemary empanada, with a spicy and bittersweet roasted tomato sauce. Pairing: Organic Ameri MAIN COURSE (choose between) • Gnocchi Roasted pumpkin and potato gnocchi with cauliflower cream, sunflower seed praline, Parmesan cheese, and herbs from our garden • Rice Organic whole grain Carnaroli rice with pea cream, beef braised for 12 hours, and mizuna mustard. • Grilled filet mignon Served with sun-dried tomato chimichurri, cauliflower, potato and onion cream, with a side of peas and mizuna mustard. Pairing: Organic Ameri DESSERT (choose between) • Regional cheeses and jams • Green apple with white chocolate textures, oats, and walnuts Pairing: Organic Domaine Bousquet Brut Traditionnelle The price of the menu includes one glass of wine per course plus one refill, a Nespresso coffee, water, and a guided tour at either 12 PM or 4 PM (please inquire about availability). Any menu modifications will incur an additional cost.
