Inspired by the history, culture and environment of the place, Estancia Colomé's cuisine offers a seasonal menu, in harmony with the exquisite and unique wines of Bodega Colomé, seeking to rescue and reinvent ancestral flavors and ingredients, created with products from our orchard and agro-ecological farm. Respecting natural cycles, our philosophy is based on eating what is close by, shortening the distance between the land and the kitchen. Being fresh and seasonal products, the availability depends on what nature gives you. Colomé is a journey through the senses. We invite you to experience the authentic flavors of its cuisine. The amount indicated in the right margin is a per-person reservation fee, charged as a guarantee and only collected if you do not attend your reservation or fail to cancel within the permitted period (48 hours).
